USE OF PLASMA ARC JET HEATING MADE HEAT TRANSFER TESTING OF NON-UNIFORM FUEL ELEMENTS FEASIBLE. HEAT TRANSFER DEFECTS DOWN TO 1/8-INCH DIAMETER IN ZIRCALOY-2 CLAD AND DOWN 3/8-INCH DIAMETER IN X-8001 Al CLAD URANIUM ELEMENTS WERE DETECTED.
