TREATS RADIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF AN OUTFALL LINE FAILURE. AN ESTIMATE IS MADE OF THE BETA EMITTER ACTIVITY DENSITY OF WATER THAT WOULD ENTER 181-D BUILDING FOLLOWING A FAILURE AT 100-K AT A RIVER FLOW OF 36000 CFS. THE ESTIMATES WERE CALCULATED FROM THE RIVER FLOW AND POWER LEVELS OF OCTOBER 7, 8, 9, 1957.
