IGHT RADIOISOTOPES WERE IDENTIFIED AND THEIR CONCENTRATIONS MEASURED IN RATS THAT HAD BEEN MAINTAINED FOR ONE YEAR WITH CONCENTRATED REACTOR EFFLUENT WATER AS THEIR SOLE SOURCE OF DRINKING WATER. ZN-65 CONCENTRATION WAS HIGHEST, A RARE EARTH CONSTITUENT(S) CONCENTRATION WAS SECOND HIGHEST AND P-32 CONCENTRATION WAS THIRD. ALL RADIOIOSOTOPE CONCENTRATION MEASURED WERE ONLY SMALL FRACTIONS OF MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE BODY CONCENTRATION RECOMMENDED FOR HUMANS.
