THE FORM OF THE REACTIVITY TRANSIENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOSS OF COOLING WATER AT HANFORD PRODUCTION REACTORS HAS BEEN DETERMINED. THE CURVE IS PRESENTED AS A FUNCTION OF INTEGRATED TUBE POWER AFTER SUPPLY LOSS. THE TRANSIENT IS INDEPENDENT OF THE PREVIOUS PROCESS TUBE OPERATING POWER LEVEL.
