GIVES RESULTS OF ANALYSIS OF DATA CONCERNING REGULAR METAL RUPTURES, METAL DISCHARGE CONCNS, AND REACTOR EFFLUENT WATER TEMPERATURES ACCUMULATED SINCE JAN 1955 TO DET THE NATURE OF RECENT RUPTURES AND IF THE GENERAL OPERATING CONDITIONS CAUSING RUPTURES COULD BE DETD. INCLUDED ARE AN EVALN OF RECENT EFFORTS TO REDUCE SLUG RUPTURES AND SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE EFFORTS.
