OBJECTIVES ARE (1) TO STORE REDOX EXTRACTION WASTE IN THE MOST ECONOMICAL MANNER CONSISTENT WITH ASSURING THE INTEGRITY OF THE WASTE TANKS AND SAFETY ON THE OPERATION (2) TO DETECT HOW MUCH, IF ANY, AGITATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE ABSOLUTELY SAFE STORAGE AND SELF-CONCENTRATION OF REDOX EXTRACTION WASTE FROM SINGLE-STAGE BACK-CYCLE PROCESSING OF LOW-EXPOSURE METAL (3) TO DEMONSTRATE THAT A STORAGE TANK CAN BE FILLED COMPLETELY WITH SUCH WASTE WITH ABSOLUTE SAFETY (4) TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF PRESSURE SURGES IN A WASTE STORAGE TANK FILLED TO APPROXIMATELY THE HYDROSTATIC-HEAD LIMIT WITH EXTRACTION WASTE FROM SINGLE-STAGE BACKCYCLE PROCESSING OF HIGH-EXPOSURE METAL.
