THIS REPORT PRESENTS THE RESULTS OF A STUDY WHICH PROVIDED MAX ASSURANCY THAT PRESENT AND PLANNED WASTE STORAGE PRACTICES AND CONDITIONS ARE SAFE. IT APPRAISES CURRENT WASTE STORAGE PRACTICES OF SELF CONCENTRATION BY BOILING FROM BOTH ENGINEERING AND OPERATING VIEW-POINTS, EVALUATES THE RECOGNIZED HAZARDS AND PRESENTS AN OPERATING PLAN WHICH REALIZES MAX ECONOMY CONSISTENT WITH SAFE OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
