A 5-FOLD INCREASE OF TOTAL P IN THE RIVER WOULD REQUIRE AN AVE ADDITION OF 26 TONS OF PO4 3/DAY DURING THE 6 MONTH PERIOD WHEN SUCH ADDITON IS REQUIRED. AN INCREASE IN TOTAL P IN THE REACTOR EFFFLUENT BY A FACTOR OF 5 WOULD REQUIRE ~0.63 TON PO4 -3 DAY. CONCLUDES THAT ISOTOPIC DILUTION IS NOT THE MOST FEASXIBLE METHOD OF SOLVING THE P-32 PROBLEM
