Description/Abstract:
In view of the fact that the effectiveness of a weapon cannot be fully exploited without a weapon carrier, we wish to suggest that two weapons laboratories, Los Alamos and Livermore, be asked to make a study with a view to undertaking a project for the application of nuclear energy to rocket propulsion which could lead to a long range missile.
