Description/Abstract:
Much effort is now being spent in attempting to fit this program into the manpower available under the ceilings imposed for the Laboratory as a whole. Work on the 3D building was interrupted for approximately one week, due to strike action taken against the University by the Alameda County Building Trades Council. Project Whitney personnel report was given. Cumulative operating costs were given.
