Description/Abstract:
This document consists of a plan that has been prepared to delineate the actions that will be taken to ensure that contaminated solid materials identified during site development activities of the Environmental Support Facilities (ESF) will be monitored and handled in a safe and acceptable manner. The plan will provide the specific actions that will be taken to identify areas of contamination, the nature and extent of the contaminated material, and the methods and precautions to be used in removing, transporting, and disposing of the contaminated material. Also included are document transmittal sheets.
