Description/Abstract:
This study addresses the advantages of and constraints upon three possible scenarios for the disposal the transformers. As part of the study, four commercial facilities that treat and dispose of equipment contaminated with PCB's were visited to evaluate their capabilities and methodology for the decommissioning and disposal of transformers.
