Description/Abstract:
Memo describes a meeting between the AEC and about 20 nuclear health protection scientists on the background and need for workmen's compensation legislation. The scientists were opposed to the use of employer records by states and Federal agencies for workmen's compensation determinations or for research purposes. The need for all users of radiation to keep the kind of records AEC contractors keep and improvement in state compensation laws was also referred to.
