LETTER TO FILE FROM JAMES L. LIVERMAN, APRIL 10, 1974, REGARDING MEETING WITH THE ARMY GENERAL COUNSEL AND DEPUTY SURGEON GENERAL WITH REGARD TO PLUTONIUM IN PEOPLE. THE FEELING OF THE COMMISSION AT THE MOMENT WAS THAT THE INDIVIDUALS INJECTED THAT WERE STILL ALIVE AND THE RELATIVES OF THE DECEASED SHOULD PROBABLY BE INFORMED OF THE FACT THAT THEY HAD BEEN INJECTED WITH PLUTONIUM TOWARD THE END OF WORLD WAR II. THE ARMY AGREED TO COOPERATE WITH US IN OUR ATTEMPTS TO UNCOVER INFORMATION THAT MIGHT EXIST.
