NEWSPAPER CLIPPING TITLED: RADIATION TEST DUPED HUMANS. DATED SUNDAY FEBRUARY 22, 1976 FROM STAR LEDGER. DISCUSSES SECRET GOVERNMENT PROJECT WHICH INJECTED 18 MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN WITH OVERDOSES OF BOMB-GRADE RADIOACTIVE PLUTONIUM THREE DECADES AGO WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. DR. JAMES LIVERMAN OF THE ENERGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION STATES THAT RECORDS ARE SKETCHY BUT THERE IS NO EVIDENCE ANY OF THE 18 SUFFERED ILLNESS FROM THEIR INJECTIONS. LIVERMAN STATED THAT THREE OF THE 18 SUBJECTS, TWO MEN AND A WOMAN, ARE STILL ALIVE. ONE MALE, BLACK, IS IN GOOD HEALTH FOR A MAN IN HIS LATE 70'S. HE WAS TOLD THE NATURE OF THE INJECTION ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO. THE OTHER THREE HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD BECAUSE OF THEIR MENTAL OR MEDICAL CONDITION, THEY ARE IN THEIR 80'S.
