Description/Abstract:
Since Oak Ridge has become a burial ground for wastes from many Atomic Energy Commission projects, we have seen more and more shipments insecurely packed for delivery here. A recent case coming to my attention involving one of the Chigago trucks is somewhat alarming and a case which I am sure you would like to have brought to your attention directly. This case is discussed in detail in this document.
