Description/Abstract:
Pyranol, a chlorinated naphthalene is being used as a transformer oil. Workers handling this organic compound without rubber gloves are reporting cased of skin irritation similar to acne. Four types of gloves are tested for durability working in pyranol, results are enclosed.
