Description/Abstract:
The problem of providing for a common outlet for all hot wastes going into White Oak Creek has been placed in the hands of the Engineering Division for preliminary design and cost estimates. If all liquid wastes enter White Oak Creek through one common outlet it will enable us to more accurately determine the total amount of radioactivity entering the creek. During the flood of April 28th, the White Oak Lake overflowed the sheet piling of White Oak Dam. This overflow was sampled at two-hour intervals until water subsided below the piling.
