Description/Abstract:
The operating personnel in the pile area at ORNL have experienced the ususal accidents such as falls, skinned hands, paraticles in eyes, etc. In addition to these, accidents or near accidents that have been experienced as a result of the peculiarities of pile operation as well as other accidents or near accidents of major proprotion are described.
