The Medical Section of the Armed Forces Special Weapons Project has requested data on all radiation accidents which have occurred during the development of the atomic bomb and the subsequent period, along with case history and reports of all individuals who have received sufficient radiation to develop clinical and/or pathological manifestations of overexposure.
