Description/Abstract:
The modelling of natural and forced hydrodynamic behaviour of Aspo site has performed with a finite code, ROCKFLOW, taking into account the flow in the porous matrix and in 22 individualized fractures. Due to many uncertainties on hyrodynamic and geometric parameters, a true calibration of the model was not attempted. Instead, efforts were put on testing the feasibility of the rather complicated mesh and the robustness and accurracy of different ROCKFLOW modules used to perform the simulations. In that respect, results are quite satisfactory.
