Description/Abstract:
This letter points out that the effect of discharges from the peaking power hydroelectric station at Melton Hill Dam, 2.2 miles upstream from the point of injection from White Oak Creek, of laboratory wastes into the Clinch River will cause drastic changes to the flow regime in the river.
