As a condition of the modified National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Sytem (NPDES) permit issued to the Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant (ORDGP), now referred to as the K-25 Site, a biological monitoring and abatement program (BMAP) was developed for the receiving stream (Mitchell Branch or K-1700 stream). This document, the third in a series, reports on the results of the Oak Ridge K-25 Site BMAP and describes studies that were conducted over various periods of time between June 1990 and December 1993.
