Description/Abstract:
This record documents correspondence between E.P. Stevenson, of Arthur D. Little Company (also of National Defense Research Committee), and E.R. Gilliland, of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (also of NDRC), regarding the "fluidized" operations on the methoxy compounds. The author states that the mechanical difficulties previously experienced had been corrected and the operations are progressing satisfactorily. Results are discussed. Record includes a graph. This copy of the letter was issued to M. Calvin of University of California Lawrence Radiation Laboratory.
