This report documents tests on the Linde exhalation valve and the Ohio Chemical valve for performance of exhalation flows under all conditions. Both types of valves were subjected to artificial and actual flight conditions at altitudes up to 45,000 feet. The report recommended compensated exhalation valves to be ordered for extensive field testing. Report contains diagrams of mask valves and data.
