Description/Abstract:
THE ACTIVITY INDUCED IN VARIOUS THRESHOLD DETECTORS BY THE RADIATION F ROM THE SANDSTONE BOMBS HAS BEEN MEASURED. ALL MEASUREMENTS WERE MADE WITHOUT COLLIMATIONS. THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT THE EFFICIENCY OF A B OMB CANNOT BE DETERMINED BY OBSERVING THE NUMBER OF NEUTRONS ABOVE THR EE MILLION ELECTRON VOLTS ENERGY, BUT THAT THE TONNAGE MAY POSSIBLY BE PROPORTIONAL TO THE NUMBER OF VERY HIGH ENERGY GAMM RAYS PRODUCED.
