Description/Abstract:
THE MEASUREMENT OF THE WIND STRUCTURE IN THE VICINITY OF AN ATOMIC BLA ST, WITH EMPHASIS ON THE AFTERWIND, WAS MADE USING MODIFIED STANDARD-T YPE INSTRUMENTS. THESE INSTRUMENTS WERE PLACED AT DIFFERENT LEVELS AN D AT VARYING AZIMUTHS AND DISTANCES FROM THE BLAST CENTERS WITH CONCEN TRATIONS INCREASING TOWARD THE CENTERS. TABULATIONS OF DATA AND GRAPH ICAL ANALYSES ARE PRESENTED.
