CERTAIN WEATHER ADVISORY FUNCTIONS WERE DELEGATED TO THE GROUP H-6 (LA SL) WEATHER SECTION DURING TEST ACTIVITIES AT THE NEVADA PROVING GROUN DS. THE TECHNIQUES UTILIZED IN PERFORMING THESE FUNCTIONS ARE OUTLINE D, AND THE ACTUAL ADVISORIES, FORECASTS, AND ANALYSES ISSUED ARE MADE A MATTER OF RECORD. THERE IS SOME DISCUSSION AS TO THE CONSISTENCY OF CERTAIN PHASES OF THE ADVISORY SERVICES AND INDICATIONS OF FUTURE STU DY AND AMPLIFICATIONS OF THE RESULTS.
