Description/Abstract:
The objective of the plan is to establish procedures to safely accomplish the recovery of samples, films, and records from within and around the contaminated radioactive ground area created by the Cabriolet cratering experiment. The safe operating limits of NTS SQP Chapter 0524 will be observed. Inasmuch as it is impossible to predict every condition or combinations of conditions which might exist, it is necessary that the Test Group Director have considerable freedom in executing the recovery within established Laboratory procedures and safety practices. The Air Operation Safety Plan and Laser Operation Safety Plan will be attached as Appendices to this document.
