Description/Abstract:
The following procedures apply to the handling of samples for the FRAN reactor and to the use of associated equipment in the 410-A area of NTS. The overall FRAN program is under the supervision of S. W. Mead. The direct responsibility for the FRAN samples lies with C. W. Olsen. Other persons authorized to handle the samples are: R. C. Ricks, D. B. Stillman, P. Duckworth and V. Gottschalk, as well as authorized Health and Safety Representatives at NTS. All persons who work with the samples must follow the procedures given herein and in Procedure NTS-230 of the LRL-N Health and Safety Manual. Any significant deviation from these procedures will require further approval.
