Description/Abstract:
The only conclusion which can be drawn is that a problem exists as regards the testing of the Pluto propulsion system. Since evidentially neither AI, UCRL nor CW can contribute any pertinent information in the near future, the decision of the propulsion site (which is the chief responsibility of Marquardt) must be made by MAC using whatever data now exists. There should be close correlation between laboratories doing FP diffusion and contamination studies.
