Description/Abstract:
This writer was one of three NAA personnel assigned to take notes at the Symposium on Radiation Damage in Graphite, held October 1, 2, and 3, 1952, at the Wilton Hotel, Long Beach. These notes were originally issued on October 7, 1952, but had a very limited distribution. They are now being issued as a Memo so that they will be generally available to people in Department 94. No editorial revision of the notes has been made for this Memo. Any incompleteness or error in these notes is due to the trying circumstances under which they were taken and the writer's unfamiliarity with several of the topics.
