Launches Customer Survey, hosted by OSTI, launched a customer satisfaction survey on September 2, 2005. The survey, presented by ForeSee Results and based on the methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), will appear randomly to patrons and will remain on sites through February 28, 2006. The survey is a pop-up survey that will take 2–3 minutes to complete. Users may accept or decline participation in the survey.
