Nobel Prize winners Hulse and Wigner featured

Nobel Prize winners Dr. Russell A. Hulse (1993) and Eugene P. Wigner (1963) are highlighted as part of OSTI's Featured Nobel Physicists, commemorating the World Year of Physics. Hulse won the Nobel Prize for the discovery of the first binary pulsar; Wigner's contributions include his insight into the fundamental mathematics and physics of quantum mechanics, the effort of building the atomic bomb, and the harnessing of the same force to produce energy.
