Interstitial and intracavitary thermoradiotherapy

Abstract

This volume summarizes biological aspects of heat interaction with radiotherapy, presents the technical state of the art, and analyzes the clinical results in respect of applied techniques and tumors of a variety of sites. Treatment planning and treatment control, special clinical applications, and multicenter clinical trials all receive extensive consideration.
