Abstract
The synthesis and characterization of the complexes trans-TcX/sub 4/L/sub 2/ and mer-TcX/sub 3/L/sub 3/(X = Cl and Br, and L = PMe/sub 2/Ph, PEt/sub 2/Ph and PPh/sub 3/) are reported. Configurations were deduced by far-IR and /sup 1/H NMR studies. Magnetic susceptibility and /sup 1/H NMR results for mer-TcCl/sub 3/(PMe/sub 2/Ph)/sub 3/ are compared with those for analogues d/sup 4/ complexes.
