Abstract
Construction of filling stations or refurbishing of existing stations is almost always a necessity but also connected with a lot of hindrances and obstacles. Settling the ownership question, removing old waste, creating the infrastructure, link-up with the road, supply and discharge lines and a not yet optimised public administration are just some of the pitfalls which mineral oil companies have to deal with in this context. (orig.).
