Abstract
In 1990 a thermal solar energy system with covered collectors was installed in the title swimming pool. The system comprises 750 m[sup 2] solar collectors for supplementary water heating and pre-heating of the shower water. The cold water input is preheated by means of the water output of the different pools. A measurement program was carried out in the period December 1990 - November 1992 to determine the realized energy savings and the efficiency of the solar heating system, and the energy balance of the swimming pool complex. 6 figs., 8 tabs., 5 refs.
