Abstract
The solar photovoltaic policy is taken into account in the great international market. Applying this high-technology, France encourages its industrial potentialities due to its former colonies closed market. This policy is enforced by CEE aids. The Paomia photovoltaic plant - 44 K W p - is the french CEE project. It is the principal European photovoltaic R and D programme. This plant originally unadapted to users' needs is now under used: on one side, because of its operational cost and on the other side, because of the arrival of the grid in this utilization area. Customers prefer at last the use of the conventional electricity for convenience sake. (author).
