Investigation of some aspects of the flooding activity in southern Zala

Abstract

On the basis of measurements made during water injection into the sand of Lovaszi M, the quality of the injection well, the results of the treatment of the formation with COD2U and the pressure distribution in the reservoirs are analyzed. The mechanism of injecting the water into strata having low permeability, low reservoir pressure, and high gas saturation, is examined. On the grounds of these data and that from other reservoirs conclusions are drawn and suggestions made for the improvement of the efficiency of waterflood projects planned or in operation.
