Abstract
Process of Cr/sub 2/N nitride precipitation and recrystallization in steel Kh20AN12, hardened from 1200 and 1300 deg C, rolled with reduction degree epsilon = 0-98% and annealed at 500-900 deg, have been studied. Interrupted decomposition, complex interrupted reaction of precipitation and recrystallization, developing from grain initial boundaries, interrupted recrystallization and continuous decomposition are detected. In the 98% rolled material complex interrupted reaction does not take place. Peculiarities of decomposion and recrystallization processes development in the given steel are explained.
