Synthesis of lanthanide and actinide compounds

Abstract

This book presents studies on lanthanide and actinide compounds. Some of the compounds that are studied are actinide hydrides, actinide fluorides, actinide oxides, actinide pnictides, lanthanide fluorides, lanthanide halides, lanthanide oxides and lanthanide sulfides. The emphasis is put on the synthesis of these compounds but also the physical and structural properties are studied. (R.A.B.). refs.; figs.; tabs.
