The following are presented: register topical issues (x), dictionary of environment and energy A-Z; waste disposal (x), air pollution abatement (x); protection of water (x); noise abatement (x); energy conservation; legislation/insurance; taxes/financial aids (x); business economy (x); authorities/public. The dictionary is the key part of the manual, taking up 650 pages. Sections marked (x) have been left as blanks and will be supplied later. The loose-leaf collection has been compiled by 52 experts in theoretical and practical environmental protection; it will be updated up to four times a year.
