Kinetic features of reduction of oxide films on tungsten by hydrogen

Abstract

By the method of interference indication found out are previously unknown kinetic features of reduction of oxide films on tungsten in hydrogen atmosphere. In the 400-750 deg C temperature range calculated are activation energies of thinning oxide layers, shown is the influence of sublimation on the visual process course.
