Influence of thymogene on the functional condition of lymphocytes in the spleen of minks under the conditions of chronic irradiation.; Vpliv timogenu na funktsyional`nij stan lyimfotsityiv selezyinki norok za umov khronyichnogo opromyinennya.

Abstract

Results of own investigations of the authors as to the thymogene influence on correction of the immune system with the radiation-induced immunodeficit state of the organism are discussed in the article. The thymogene effect on spontaneous rosette formation and cytotoxity of erythrocytic cells has been investigated. Optimal thymogene doses have been determined from the standpoint of their influence on T-lymphocyte expression to the rabbit erythrocytes. Experimental findings have been statistically processed. It has been revealed that chronic exposition to low doses of radiation, has induced a significant decrease in killing-processes of effector cells in animals. The use of thymogene leads to amelioration of cell immunology characteristics.
