Abstract
This paper presents the law on the Promotion and Development of Bioenergy in Mexico, the regulations of the Law on Promotion and Development of Bioenergy, the agreement on the issue guidelines for the granting of permits for the production, storage, transportation and marketing of biofuels type anhydrous ethanol and biodiesel, the agreement by which emit formats permit applications for the production, storage, transport and marketing of biofuels type anhydrous ethanol and biodiesel and the agreement which delegates to the Secretary of Energy Planning and Technological Development, the powers referred in Article 12 of the Law for the Promotion and Development of Bioenergy.
