Abstract
The paper presents the study of reuse of organic waste in rural communities, particularly in micro-plants applying the concept of cleaner production, seeking low cost technological innovation. Also, this article presents: study of the process of reusing biomass waste; study on alternative energy sources as viable energy sources for small-scale process; study of new technologies for organic residues reuse with aerobic degradation and anaerobic digestion to produce biogas and fertilizer; study of energy consumption of local agricultural industry, seeking solutions for thermal system, allied to a study of technical and economic feasibility based on the use of organic waste.
