Theory of pressure-relieved gas extraction and technique system of integrated coal production and gas extraction

Abstract

An attempt was made to resolve the problems of safe and high-efficiency mining of gassy multiple coal seams of low permeability and high absorbability, taking Huainan mining area as the main research base and studying rock movement and stress field distribution, cranny field evolvement and distribution, abundant zone of pressure-relieved gas and movement theory. A new technique was established for pressure-relieved gas extraction and integrated coal production and gas extraction for different geological conditions of coal seam (rock strata) and gas. It is innovative technique for safe and high-efficiency mining of gassy multiple coal seams of low permeability and resolves the technical problem of integrated coal production and gas extraction. 10 refs., 13 figs.
