Abstract
The quantum description of TRI- and ROT-effects in ternary fission of uranium 233 target and uranium 235 target by polarized neutrons is presented. The main idea of this approach is the account of the collective rotation of the polarized fissionable system on angular distributions of the third {alpha}-particle in ternary fission. It is shown that consideration of the Coriolis force makes it possible to explain both T-odd effects observed in ternary fission induced by polarized neutrons. A possible reason for the difference in the effects observed for {sup 233}U and {sup 235}U targets is discussed.
