Abstract

The amount of xenon in otherwise very pure krypton can be reduced from 1.5 to 0.0025 per cent approximately by passage through an activated carbon column at dry-ice temperature. The circulation of the krypton is effected by condensing at -196 deg. C and then evaporating.
